Coach D.J. Vigil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Performance Training to Inland Empire Surf. Coach Vigil currently holds certifications and degrees in the following areas:

M. Ed. Health and Wellness Education
B.S. Kinesiology-Exercise Science
NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist
NASM Youth Exercise Specialist
FMS Certified Level 1 Professional

Coach DJ has designed a program for all IE Surf players around the following performance training concepts:

Speed, Agility, Quickness, Reaction
Strength, Power, Endurance
Injury Prevention, Nutrition, Mindfulness
